When a mother has had enough, really had enough, when her limits are pushed to breaking point she may eventually lash out. Unfortunate but true and every mother knows this. Lately we have all seen Mother Nature lash out, floods, fires, earthquakes, tsunamis… the planet is feeling her wrath and it is time to consider our choices.

This year is the eve of 2012, a perfect time to set our intentions in relation to what we do want rather that continuing to focus on what we don’t want. It is said that energy flows where attention goes and the conversations that are circulating are about love, the value of family and community and a healthy lifestyle, and the fact that inner peace directly contributes to peace in the outer world. Your experiences are a reflection–or projection–of where you are at and each one of us is ultimately responsible for the happenings that we encounter.

2011 is our time to fine tune what is happening in our lives, to break the shackles of conditionings... and find a truth that is true for you. It seems most agree that everything is accelerating; days merging into weeks, months and years pass by with the click of a finger it seems. One moment it’s Christmas; tinsel and trinkets smother shop windows and then in a blink of the eye Easter eggs begin spilling from supermarket shelves. Each moment is becoming more and more precious and the polarity of disasters are miracles . . . Call them in.

The love you want from others give to yourself,  the abundance that you dream for may come in different ways, be open to receive. And the balm I am anointing my awareness with is peace… my mantra for 2011… be in peace with what is, see your dreams come true and open your heart so compassion can flow through… and injoy the ride!

When mind knows, we call it knowledge. When heart knows, we call it love. And when being knows, we call it meditation.
